Participants acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied, via payment submission, to participate in the following Activities at Little Scraggy Disc Golf Course: 

Playing disc golf, hiking and/or camping on said property during 2025

22184 County. Rd. 126, Buffalo Creek, CO (aka - 22184 CR 126, Sedalia CO  80135) 

The Participant is in good physical condition and fully able to participate in the Activity at Little Scraggy Disc Golf Property. The Participant is fully aware of the risks and hazards connected with the participation in this Activity, including physical injury or even death, and herby elects to voluntarily participate in this Activity, knowing that the associated physical activity may be hazardous to the Participant. THE PARTICIPANT VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISKS OR LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, that may be sustained by the Participant, as a result of participation in this Activity. 

I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE, Little Scraggy Disc Golf LLC, agents, and employees, and Foothill Flyers Disc Golf Club and its members (hereinafter referred to as RELEASEES) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Participant, or to any property belonging to the Participant, while participating in physical activity, or while on or upon the Little Scraggy Disc Golf Property where the Activity is being conducted.

It is the Participant’s expressed intent that this release and hold harmless agreement shall bind the members of the Participant’s family and spouse, if the Participant is alive, and the Participant’s heirs, assigns and personal representative, if the Participant is deceased, and shall be deemed as a RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, and CONVENTION TO SUE the above named RELEASEES. 

In signing this release, the Participant acknowledges and represents that he/she HAVE READ THE FORGOING Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement, UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREE TO IT VOLUNTARILY as the Participant’s own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreements have been made; and THE PARTICIPANT AGREES TO THIS RELEASE FOR FULL, ADEQUATE AND COMPLETE CONSIDERATION FULLY INTENDING TO BE BOUND BY SAME.
